Judd-Apatow step aside

I love seeing amazing artistic skill wasted on projects like this. Akin to the gorgeous yet shameful work of artists such as Stamper, you take your god-given and strongly developped skill and PISS IT AWAY on something that only fucktards like you and I can enjoy, and could never show to our friends or family.

You really show your versatility here. A few months ago you had me spellbound with gorgeously choreographed action scenes, and now you have me shitting my pants laughing at dick and fart jokes. In either case, your ever-improving artistic ability is the key to your success. Bravo, can't wait to see what you come up with next.

BiffTheTimid responds:

Hey buddy, thanks for the review. This movie seriously went from like a fun two week project just to mess with lip syncing to a full blown 10 minute movie. If my family ever saw this, I would be shunned. Not even kidding. I hope to see more work from you, so get crackin'.

What I learned from Kirbopher...

When you can't come up with any work of your own, just parody the work of others...

Your submissions have been consistently dissapointing for a while now, and you always make sure to parody something familiar enough so that your work will be overrated.

I laughed, I cried, I was on the edge of my seat! Nom Nom Nom, what an fbf feast. Every animator strives to achieve this level of life in their work. The score should be higher in my opinion. THIS IS ART.
I was really excited when I heard that Tom Fulp was awarding tablets to new animators. I was expecting to see an army of animators submitting to newgrounds, equipped not only with new tablets, but with motivation, aspiration, and obligation in their hearts. So you could imagine my disappointment when most of the tablet winners turned out to be lazy kids who still haven't submitted anything of consequence. But not you, man, not you. The effort you've shown here will not only leave you remembered, but has also made you the centre of focus for new flashes to come... at least in my eyes, for what its worth <3

Hulalaoo responds:

i are a great admirator of all work of you, in really i are motivated for you work, battle with a great frame by frame, thanks for a Epic review from th best animatior of fight in NG :D

surprisingly well-written

When I saw that there was a FF7 flash on newgrounds with a score of less than 4.5, I figured it would be terrible, taking into account the level of inflation FF7 flashes tend to recieve. However, this was quite clever and actually made me chuckle. I'll have to show this one to my friends. Bravo, and if anything, this means the inflation issue on newgrounds is improving.

haha!

was that Luis?

I love these

My favourite thing about the "funnies" series is that you invite the very users of newgrounds who you're ridiculing to join in the making fun of themselves, without them realizing. Just reading through these reviews is an incredibly entertaining socratic ironic 'user generated' goldmine.

The funniest part is, if rtil had submitted his beautiful little piece of animation all by itself, it would probably have a 4.50 rating right now. Also, Lenkobiscuit is my new favourite voice actor of all time LOL.

I'll have to keep an eye on you

your artistic skills are definitely something to be proud of, you drew these characters and backgrounds beautifully, The non-use of sound effects adds an epic feel, nice decision on your part.

BiffTheTimid responds:

I considered using sound-effects but decided against it. Thanks for the review man. I've been watching your submissions for a while, and I thuroughly enjoy them.

Wow, you can really animate!

This was great, very cool idea for a monster and smooth animation. I'm glad to see you're making awesome stuff like this now, rather than Halomen or whatever.

clever

This is twice as funny since the author is gay

epic

Brilliant work here, a silly take on a serious theme. Excellent mix of dark and light themes. I felt very strong sympathy while chuckling at the same time. The idea of the cat having 9 lives was genius, and the fact that he doesn't take his last life is uplifting and moving. Excellent!

Yo They should remake Cowboy Bebop with clocks.
