Absolutely agreed...if you like the music, them download it or pay for the CD. IF you like the flash then say so and give the appropriate rating. Don't sit there and bob your head saying..."wow this is a good song" and give the guy a 4/5 or a 5/5 if the flash completly sucks...what were you doing? Listening to the music with your eyes closed right? >.>. There are many good flashes out there, but there are many many more crappy ones, rate fairly and justly, not unfairingly and idiotically. AND, for those artists out there who tend to get lazy...REMEMBER, you are not doing this and showing a friend what you did for a laugh...whatEVER you upload onto newgrounds IS viewed by hundreds of thousands of people...don't make yourself look like an idiot just because you thought it would be cool to upload a flash about a toenail or some other nonsense. Be creative! and put some god damn time into it =.=.

Hey,
I think you point's pretty interesting...
It's true, a good song does A LOT for the animation, so I just watched that "PS 3-Song" again, but this time I turned down the volume.what also matters is
Guess what? It sucked ass ^^ Really, the drawings, the animation, just everything concerning style. Something like that definitively doesn't earn a score above 4!!
But... I think what also matters is the syncronisation with the movie - you know, if it's well syncronized, you see the whole cartoon as a kind of "oneness" (which explains the awesomeness of, for example, Aladdin 3150), and the viewer is distracted from the crappy art. This, however, would't work if it wasn't well syncronized.
But I think I got your point anyways ^^
